As for "The Lawyer To Be," well, that's the plan anyway. Rather, it might be more accurate to say the "back up plan." When I graduated, I reached a part of my life that I had been chasing since my first day of school - a law degree. I was in school for 24 years of my life. TWENTY FOUR YEARS! Granted, the fact that I was diagnosed with severe Rheumatoid Arthritis at age 21 slowed me down considerably. Regardless, after 24 years, I needed a break. I didn't want to dive right into studying for the bar. I wanted some ME time. Rather, let's say, "I NEEDED some me time!" That's when all of this started.

 

So, during my ME time, I decided to do something my husband had been encouraging me to do for a few years at that point, pursue another enormous passion of mine - BEAUTY! He built me this wonderful site, learned the tech side of YouTube and, before we knew it, we were off to the races.

 

I am so grateful to be able to follow my dream, I can't even put it into words. I'm having so much fun, I'm meeting so many wonderful people, and I've been presented with opportunities I never thought I'd have.

So, where does all this leave "the lawyer to be?" I don't know. Shakespeare said it best, "to be or not to be, that is the question," and I don't have the answer. Well, not yet anyway. I'm just going to see where this crazy "life-coaster" takes me.
