My best guess at the number missing is 7. It would be hard to notice from a distance greater than 5 inches. You have to hold them right to your face. 
 
Bottom line - these are absolutely stunning! Covered in shimmering champagne pink crystals, almost 6" stiletto heels, and the signature glossy red outsoles that stole our hearts, this shoe is bound to turn heads. These are gently LOVED, and worn 5 times at the outside. I bought these back in 2013 in Las Vegas from Louboutin in Caesar's Palace. I knew I wore a 38 at the time but I painfully made an exception because they were SO BEAUTIFUL, and nowhere in the country had a 38. I had to have them. I'm sure you get it!
